We saw you grow from a cute baby into the lovely man that you became. You were a larger than life character, always so friendly and happy. Our thoughts are with your mum, dad, brother and nan, at this heart breaking time

Dear Joanne,Mark,James,Celia and family, I send to you my sincere condolences and kind thoughts on hearing your unimaginable,devastating news of your son Oliver's tragic passing. .....Those we love will stay with us always.

We are so thankful that we got to be a part of your life. That we got a chance to see you grow into the wonderful young man you became. A loving son, brother, grandson, and nephew. We will miss you always and especially those hugs as we arrived. We couldn't have been prouder of you.

To Oli, who made the best caramelised fish fingers and peppered peas you could ask for, I miss you terribly. I'm glad I got the chance to grow up with you and all of our friends and we are all very proud of the man and teacher you became. Thank you for all the years of friendship and support you offered us.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Oli’s wonderful mother, father, brother and Nan. Oli was charismatic, charming and full of life. We would often hear him joking around with his Nan and mum - We know he was so special to them as they were to him. We cannot even begin to imagine how much he is missed by his family. We hope Joanne, Mark, James, and Oli’s grandparents, cousins, uncle and aunt find comfort in all the special memories they shared with Oli. “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

Teachers plant seeds that grow forever, and Oliver, a passionate Geographer, left a big impact on the students he taught during his time with us at Oasis Academy Media City. Oliver gave time after school to provide our students with fun experiences, leading orienteering, practicing camp craft, and having a kick-about at football with Y7, 8 and 9. We will remember Oliver’s energy, tall stature, bellowing voice and friendly face. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. With love, Laura, Poppy, Anna and all the staff at OAMC.
